Luke Dale-Roberts is opening a pop up restaurant for the coming ski season in Verbier, Switzerland.
It will be located in the Hotel Farinet which overlooks the main square in Verbier. Luke and his sous chef, Nicholas Wilkinson, will venture up to Switzerland in November to start the process of devising menus, sourcing local produce and generally getting the lie of the land.
What a great opportunity for Luke’s staff to get international exposure and experience.
A canny move for Luke too, as many of the clientele in Verbier will also visit Cape Town in the near future, it’s usually on the same bucket list, and is an opportunity to spread the word.
The restaurant will run until next April, we’ll look forward to hearing your yodeling skills improve Luke!
