Believe it or not, that’s all it takes.
This recipe serves 4.
Ingredients.
1kg bag of frozen corn.
1 vegetable stock cube. I like to use an organic stock cube called Kallo, available in health food stores.
2 tablespoons of chopped coriander.
1 litre of water.
Boil the water in a saucepan, crumble in the stock cube and stir until dissolved.
Add corn and stir until defrosted. Liquidise.
Add coriander, stir well.
