Congratulations to all our entrants for this competition, and we had a lot of them.
But sadly, only six can win, and it was tough picking out just six.
Here are the winning entries.
We will be in contact seperately by e.mail to sort out delivery etc.
Well done again everyone.

Dear Spill
The thing is, I take care not to spill my sparkling wine, especially NOT my Graham Beck MCC. I am particularly partial to the brand, but have to save it for special occasions, the economy being what it is. So when I – or rather, my two large and rowdy dogs – spilt most of a bottle that I’d bought to celebrate my birthday on August 10, and help ease the pain of turning 47, you can imagine my distress. I nearly knelt down and lapped it up, like my clumsy canine friends, but decided that the additives from my floor would NOT add to its allure. So I sadly toasted my (empty) glass to myself, mopped up the Graham Beck NV flooding over my wooden floors and refilled my glass with a cheaper brand I’d bought so as to add orange juice and not offend my mother’s sensibilities by having sparkling wine with brunch. And I still took those damn naughty dogs for a nice long walk on the beach. So please, make up for that nasty birthday, and donate a bottle to my cause. And I promise that this time I will NOT leave it on a table where a fluffy German Shepherd tail can send it flying!

Deserve-ance
When at a wedding one celebrate, you toast to all the wonderful things you want your friends to enjoy in their inter-twined life together. But before that ultimate celebration, you sit and worry about the wedding date you’ve organised, the dress you are going to wear and the fat that just didn’t burn away because for some reason you were down in the dumps and needed that chocolate or two to cheer you up!
”When will this happiness, honour and joy bestow me?”, you think.
And then at the celebration you kick back the fear of never finding your soul mate, because your soul mate is with you: Graham Beck, and just to differentiate the guy responsible for your happiness, Mr Brut. The lite of your life, the guy that make sharing so much easier, and the friends you have so much richer for their loving friendship.
With the Brut, Graham Beck, all gets their deserve-ance of happiness. So splash some more of that brilliant sparkling, to brighten the twinkle in my eye – send me, me bottle of deserve-ance!
P.S. I attach a wedding picture of some of my friends at friends (Francois & Liesl Rademeyer) wedding, where Graham Beck Brut was served to good friends and family enjoying the happiness of two people honouring each other. There is of course copy rights to it.
P.P.S. If it wasn’t clear: I deserve a bottle of Brut because I am still single and have friends who support me and who will savour each sip with me…

Hi Clare,
I would love to get my hands on some Graham Beck Bubbly.
By the sound of things we are quite similar!
In the last 6 years my flat mates and I have a tradition called ”Bubbly Sunday” which means that on a Sunday we crack open a bottle of the good stuff and enjoy it with great friends and fantastic food. The tradition originally started to debunk the concept that Sparkling Wine / Champagne should only be drunk on very special occasions.
At our apartment we MAKE an excuse to drink a bottle of bubbly. One of our favourite excuses to drink sparkling wine is when you had a particular disastrous day. We’ll open a bottle, pour a glass and quote Napoleon “In victory, you deserve Champagne, in defeat, you need it.” Nothing picks you up out of a slump like sparkling wine…
We have drunk our way through several producers’ bubbles from French Champagne to Prosecco and Cava, but S.A. produces some excellent sparkling wines, of which I have to say Graham Beck is one of our favourites!
Cheers!
P.S. I Love your blog
Keep up the good work!

Hi Clare, yummy love this give away!
I think I deserve a bottle becasue I am totally listless and flat after a dreadful week of food poisoning after nibbling on a dodgy, naughty pre cooked supermarket BBQ chicken What an experience…..on the downfront it was my hubby’s birthday on Tuesday and I still managed to do snacks and drinks for him and our family….even though I did not partake! I am now (Saturday afternoon) slow roasting two legs of lamb and all the trimmings (made intense chocolate torte last night) and I am still not going to be able to eat any of it…well maybe a bit of the lamb and roast mediterranean veggies) and I just think the bursting bubbles from this fabulous bottle of Graham Beck sparkling wine will surge through my blood and give me the lift that I need right now!
On the up side….I did lose 4kgs hehe….
OK so I can’t compare with Nelson Mandela or Barack Obama but I still think I might, just might deserve a bottle ;o)
All the best and have a great weekend,
Colleen xx

Hi Clare !
A few reasons to celebrate over this year from Wales to South Africa !
1) my son’s Welsh great granny in Napier Overberg is 90!
2) My son’s Granny has her 40th Wedding Anniversary
3) My son’s other great granny emigrating from Wales to be with the family in South Africa
4) And I love “Bubbles” Ferriera’s style of wine to celebtate the Boks playing Ireland at the new Aviva stadium Dublin in November!
Maybe you should send 4 bottles hehehe
Thanks Clare
Kind regards

Hi Clare,
The reasons why you should give me a bottle of Graham Beck Bubbly is that I need to celebrate the following:
1. My wife just started her dream job this month and absolutely loving it!!!
2. I start my new job in September. Its a job I’ve had my eye on for more than a year and I finally now have it.
3. The transfer of our 1st house is set to be completed by the end of the month after a 2 year struggle between the seller and her lawyers as she liquidated herself. An absolute nightmare that is about to come to an end.
4. We are getting a new puppy to keep our beautiful Cocker Spaniel Charlie company while we’re at our new jobs.
I think I deserve a bottle of bubbly to celebrate these momentus occasions.
What do you think??
