5 Minute Corn Soup.

 
Believe it or not, that’s all it takes.  
This recipe serves 4.  
Ingredients.  
1kg bag of frozen corn.  
1 vegetable stock cube. I like to use an organic stock cube called Kallo, available in health food stores. 
2 tablespoons of chopped coriander.  
1 litre of water.

Salmon fish cakes.

 
The best fishcakes are made at home. Most restaurants are stingy with the fish content or oversalt them. Sometimes you even wonder about the ingredients!  
This recipe serves 4.  
3 potatoes cut into chunks.  
1 400g can of pink salmon in brine.

Chocolate Brownies.

This recipe serves 4. 

150g dark chocolate (min 60% cocoa solids). 
60g butter, cut up into cubes. 
3 eggs. 
200 ml (3/4) cups sugar. 
1/2 cup or 125ml of flour
125 ml (1 cup) mixed roasted nuts. 
Chocolate sauce to serve.
