I have cooked many of her reciepe like the Loukoumades, Fried Haloumi and Moussaka most of these reciepies are familliar to our Arab culutre but in little changes. I aslo admired her writing of her familly matters and the stories behind some of the recipies. Finally the pictures are amazing and the book cover. I wish I can meet her one time and express my wishes to her.
